Client can access the team in real-time for any kind of assistance like solving issues, discussing modifications or extension in existing system, as well as help in understanding the product workflow and configurations.

Using Live Support

  • 1. Click the “Live Chat” on our Design’n’Buy Support Center website. A “Live Help” window will pop-up on your screen. Click on “Find someone to chat with”. Note: your browser must have JavaScript enabled.

  • 2. Enter your name, e-mail and type your question or comment.

  • 3. Click “Begin chat” to send your message to us. After a few seconds, the following dialog window appears when an agent receives your question and your online conversation begins.

  • 4. Type your text in the text box at the bottom of the window, and click Send each time you wish to converse.
  • 5. Close chat window when you are through with your conversation.

In case our live support is not available, please feel free to contact us anytime by phone or email. Clients can even submit their support request on the help desk and get response as soon as the team is set to work again.
