After evaluating a number of web-to-print solution providers, CustomLogoCases contacted Design’N’Buy with the vision to offer an excellent design studio to their customers to create and order custom cases, covers, and accessories from their website. As they targeted to spread their business in multiple countries, they wanted a solution which can help them to setup a multi-domain website environment with country specific domains while keeping the overall aesthetics of the websites same. As they already setup their website on Open Source Magento eCommerce, they were looking for a technology partner who can customize their existing website and integrate an easy to use design studio along with web-to-print workflow to their website.

After dedicated consultancy and detailed discussions, we found that our “PrintCommerce” solution is perfect fit to client’s requirements as it comes with a HTML5 design studio with excellent user experience and can be integrated in a multi-domain website environment. We then listed down all feature customizations our team will have to do to tailor PrintCommerce solution to offer a bespoke web-to-print solution to Richard.

After consulting the final specifications with client, the project got approved and we delivered 1st version of the fully integrated application to customer to go live by February 2016.

We worked with the team at Design’N’Buy over a number of months, to implement a custom design module on a multi-domain setup. We did a lot of thorough research before choosing DNB, and ended up choosing them mainly as their product was the best developed and supported solution that we came across. On-going product support for us is as important as product, otherwise you can very quickly end up with an expensive piece of software that can’t be used. Throughout the process there was clear and constant communication, leading us to have a great and functional product designer. We also had some custom options built into the designer, which was not a problem for them. The end result is one that we are happy with, and the end user is as well. There were a few delays, which were expected and always are with anything to do with web development, but it was all dealt with professionally. DNB was great from the beginning through to the end, and afterwards with the support as well. I would recommend DNB, as their solution has saved us a lot of money in development.
