B2B Customers
B2B is an acronym used for Business to Business service providers. Instead of dealing in retail work where customers can make small and retail purchases, B2B businesses deal in a closed network where they serve a specific industry and their business contemporaries.
In the printing industry, when printing service providers deal in commercial printing services for such brands and businesses, these customers or brands and businesses are termed as B2B customers. These business models are usually set up for bulk print work and customers usually are looking for printing partners that can adhere to all their print demands and requirements at a pre-defined rate, contract or agreement.
