Product Browsing
When a user surfs the web pages or a website to find a product that matches their requirements or to find something that they might like, that process of surfing the website is called product browsing. In this process, a customer scans through many different product pages scanning and reading the data provided by the platform.
The process is often casual and is conducted by customers when they do not have a specific idea or product in mind. Sometimes customers do have products in mind but do not have any ideas about the best platform that can provide them with the product at the best prices. In this scenario, they browse different websites or marketplaces to search for the right product from the right platform.
