Frequently Asked Questions

The one-time setup fee covers the standard implementation and onboarding of DesignO, including:

  • Integration of DesignO with your website using our standard integration process*
  • Basic platform configuration and testing
  • Branding setup (company logo and color scheme)
  • Configuration of up to 5 sample products and their corresponding design templates
  • Administrator training and onboarding

Note: If your website includes custom product pages, pricing logic, checkout workflows, third-party integrations, or other bespoke functionality, additional integration effort may be required. Such work will be evaluated separately and, if applicable, quoted as professional services.

The setup fee does not include:

  • Custom development
  • Bespoke print-ready artwork file generation
  • Custom workflows
  • MIS / ERP integrations
  • Data migration
  • UI/UX redesign
  • Third-party system configuration

Setup hours are fixed and do not roll over.

DesignO Advanced Design Tools support translation into any non-RTL language through a zero-code back-end interface and include support for one currency as part of the standard setup.

Additional language configurations and multi-currency support can be implemented through an extended setup, which may incur additional charges.

DesignO allows you to operate multiple storefronts based on your business needs.

Additional B2B or B2C stores can be configured as add-ons, with seperate subscription fees applicable per store. This enables you to manage different product catalogs, customer segments, regions, or business units efficiently.

DesignO includes Amazon S3 storage for managing customer artwork assets and generated print-ready output files as part of the standard setup. If your storage requirements exceed the included capacity, additional storage can be provisioned to accommodate higher volumes.

For businesses that prefer to maintain full control over their data and storage infrastructure, DesignO also provides the flexibility to integrate your own Amazon S3 storage account. This allows all customer artwork files, generated outputs, and related assets to be stored directly within your organization’s AWS environment, subject to the necessary setup and configuration.

You can choose from free, editable templates available in the DesignRiver library or create and import your own templates using the integrated Template Builder.

If you require custom template creation, design modifications, or graphic design assistance, these can be provided as part of our paid support services.

Yes, a complimentary UAT or ramp-up period is provided to support onboarding, setup, and initial configuration.

This ensures your team has sufficient time to get familiar with the platform and go live smoothly.

Each plan is designed around typical business usage patterns.

If your usage consistently exceeds the expected thresholds, our team will work with you to recommend an appropriate plan or custom setup aligned with your scale.

If you do not have a website, our team can also provide a hosted WordPress-based solution with DesignO fully integrated.
