The multi-vendor store is an e-commerce platform where the administrator invites and allows other sellers and suppliers to sell their products on their platform. As the name suggests such an e-commerce platform will have multiple users that can be of the same business vertical or also from different business categories.
In multi-vendor platforms, vendors are empowered with relevant features and functionalities that can facilitate them in selling their products online and for each sale made, the e-commerce platform might charge a commission from them. Also, in most of these cases, the e-commerce platform handles the fulfillment, shipping and delivery of the products sold by vendors.
