FAQs – Monthly Subscription Plan

Can I start with the monthly subscription plan and then migrate to license?

Yes, we firmly believe that you should pay for any product when you are fully convinced of its value. If you are not convinced to purchase the license upfront, get started with our monthly subscription plan keeping your investment to minimum and explore the complete software. Once you are convinced of its value, you can migrate from subscription to license any time by paying off the licensing fee. This includes transfer of your complete setup to your own hosted server.

Do you charge transaction fees?

No! We don’t believe in taking any of your profits, and we understand that variable costs are annoying. So you’ll never pay any transaction fees to us for yourstore.

Is my data safe and secure?

For sure. The security and uptime of your store is our first priority. We protect your site and data with the same military-grade security and encryption that the big banks use, and we have a 99.99% average uptime.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, American Express as well as payment through Paypal.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes, you can. If you already have a domain name, we’ll help you set it up to use with your live store.

Do I need my own SSL certificate?

We do recommend purchasing your own SSL certificate; however we provide a free shared SSL certificate for use.

What I get for paying setup fee?

What if I need custom work or a more personalized look for my store?

We do provide additional paid services to personalize your store with respect to theme changes and feature enhancements. We would be happy to discuss your unique requests with you. We have a team of professional designers and developers to cater your customization requirements.

What is your upgrade policy?

We keep working on developing new and useful features for all our products. We generally release upgrades once in 6 months. But as printing involves diverse set off printing techniques and workflows, an upgraded feature may or may not fit your business. Hence we inform all our customers of the latest upgrade release. They can opt for upgrading their license as well as subscription by paying of the minimal upgrade fee.
