Initially I got my website built by a very experienced Magneto development team, but as they had very little experience with web-to-print technology, the things started falling out when we needed more robust features for personalisation. In addition to my B2C storefront, my business also offers dedicated self-service kiosk (independent store) to all my franchise and each kiosk store is integrated in the same centralised Magento application. We were also facing issues to create and run multiple franchise stores. When my original software vendor gave up, that’s when I approached Design’N’Buy and thanks to the team for taking over the application, fixing all the issues as well enhancing it with desired features. Now I am sure my online storefront is in right hands and we can extend it with best of the features as per user expectations and unique value that we bring to our customers.

Design’N’Buy brings a wide range interesting tools for our business in printed clothing. Besides bringing a clear and user friendly designstudio, we also like to create a brand. Meaning that I – as a graphic designer – have been quiet stricked on the design and look-and-feel of the design studio. I think we did a great job. The platform Design’N’Buy developed for us was very custom to our industry and was not as easy as a plug-and-play solution the other companies provided. We spent months outlining the scope of work and details intricate to our niche. We ended up at the HTML product designer of Design ’n Buy. This Magento module contains a large number of functionalities that we needed. They were also able to build the customized functionalities we needed. Currently we’re implementing the software they build for us.

I just wanted to say that I recently had an emergency issue with the online designer. Since we are in Florida, USA we did not expect to have this issue resolved quickly, however I was able to notice that Vipul was available and still in the office after hours.
Being that I was very desperate, I contacted Vipul and told him my story. He could have very easily told me that the office was closed and that he could not help me, but he did not. He went above and beyond and even called a developer to help. They were able to fix our issue and we could not be happier.
