Refund Policy

The fee paid to DESIGN’N’BUY covers the cost of software product license, hosting services, development services and consulting work carried out by our team as per the scope of work. DESIGN’N’BUY reserves the right to decide whether a refund is applicable if requested by you for any reason. It may not be possible to refund a deposit once DESIGN’N’BUY has started the software subscription, opted service or software development process. 

If your project has been canceled by us due to non-payment of any invoice as per the due date or any breach of the terms and conditions by you as per the agreement mutually signed, you will not be eligible for a refund. 

Cancellation Policy

DESIGN’N’BUY follows different cancellation policies for perpetual license of the software, software subscription, software development services and other value added services. Kindly refer respective service agreement for more details on our cancellation policy.

For software subscription, software development services, and other value-added services, the cancellation requests must be submitted to the accounts and customer support department of DESIGN’N’BUY Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

The confirmation email by the accounts department of DESIGN’N’BUY will act as proof of the cancellation of service.

Auto-Renewal 

For your convenience, your subscriptions will auto-renew until you cancel the service. Every time before your subscription auto-renews, we will send an e-mail specifying the amount that will be charged to your credit card or other payment method opted by you. Similarly, after each renewal we will send you a receipt via e-mail specifying the amount that has been deducted together with the next renewal date and the next renewal amount.

We know that sometimes customers forget to cancel an account they no longer want until it is has already been charged. That’s why you can cancel your subscription even five business days after your renewal date, and we will still process your cancellation and give you a REFUND after deducting any fee being charged on our end for processing the refund.
