An online shop as the name suggests is an online platform where a business sets up its products for its customers to buy. This is a broader term than an e-commerce website as an online shop can be anything from a marketplace to an e-commerce website or an e-commerce mobile platform.
There are also certain businesses that trade through hybrid models like they set up shops on social media platforms like FaceBook, Instagram and other such platforms or registering to their marketplaces to make trades. But, most of these social media platforms only provide options to set up shops without any shipping, payment, fulfillment or delivery facilities.
