Clients can now easily raise support tickets and get them resolved quickly. Support tickets ensure that client questions or issues are documented and attended to as quickly as possible. Also, allows all to stay updated with announcements, get answers from the community as well as share feature suggestions with us.

Clients can now submit a request on our web portal They can also get registered and maintain a user account. Once logged in, user can submit and track tickets and communicate with our support agents publicly. We do our best to respond to all support tickets within 24 hours.
